Cancellation, Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. CANCELLATIONS
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will process a full refund within 7 business days.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

However, if you have received:

- The wrong product,
- A damaged or defective item, or
- An item that was missing from your order,

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos and your order details. We will gladly assist with a replacement or arrange a suitable solution.

3. REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

- If your order was cancelled before shipping.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product and no replacement is available.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock or other reasons.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We take great care in packaging, but damage during shipping can occasionally happen. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues.
